- Fitness center featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking lake; 3,000-square-foot cardiovascular and weight-training area; 1,700-square-foot aerobics studio. The Fitness Center is located inside the Starpointe Residents Club. The crowning jewel and gathering place of Estrella Mountain Ranch is the $9 million Starpointe Residents Club. The waterpark includes a 12,000 sq.ft. community pool with water slides and a heated lap pool. The youth club features pool tables, computer room, a karaoke state, basketball court and concert courtyard. The Waters Edge Cafe is a great place to catch a quick bite to eat and choose from salads, sandwiches, and smoothies while using the wireless internet to check your e-mail or browse the internet. All of this sits next to the 72 acre man made lakes. Hours of operation are listed below.

For your safety, street clothing is prohibited while in the gym. This would include, but
not exclusive to…
Jeans of any kind
Street clothing (suits, skirts, dresses, ties, purses)
Belts, buckles, large buttons and/or zippers that may catch
Street shoes, sandals, flip flops, heels
Clothing with tassels, loose fringe or anything that may catch on the equipment
The front desk has the discretion to stop anyone from using the gym equipment if they feel the attire worn may become a hazard.

Starpointe Residents Club
- What can I bring to the pools at Starpointe and Presidio Residents Clubs?
You can bring a small cooler with snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. No commercial food, alcohol or glass can be brought into either Residents Club. Infant flotation devices and noodles are permitted. No toys, balls, or other types of flotation devices are allowed.
What are the requirements for children wearing diapers in the pools?
ALL children who are not fully potty trained must wear a disposable swim diaper, along with a reusable swim diaper. Both may be purchased at the front desk of each club. A disposable diaper costs $1 and a reusable diaper costs $15.
How old do you have to be to use the pool and fitness center without supervision?
Residents need to be at least 14 years of age to use the pools and fitness centers at both Residents Clubs.
Can Canta Mia residents use the Starpointe or Presidio Residents Clubs?
Canta Mia residents can purchase daily, weekly, monthly, or annual passes which will allow them to use the fitness rooms and pools at both clubs. Passes can be purchased at the Front Desks of both Starpointe and Presidio Residents’ Clubs. Passes must be purchased for each person aged 4 and older. Rates for passes are: Daily – $10 Weekly – $25 Monthly – $50. Annual passes are $400 per household for two adults and must be purchased at the Community Services Office.
- I’m a certified fitness professional. How can I teach classes in Estrella?

Estrella offers a wide variety of fitness classes for every skill level and interest, and we also have several dedicated personal trainers eager to help based on your own personal activity needs.
If you are a certified instructor and are interested in starting a class that is not already offered, or if you would like to register as a certified personal trainer at the clubs, please contact the Community Services Office at 623-386-1112 to set up a meeting to discuss your ideas for the class and determine the day(s)/time(s) that work best for the class to meet.
- How do I join or start a community group or club?

Joining a Group or Club: All community groups and clubs are open to all residents of the community with an active membership. For information about a particular group and what they do, please contact the group directly.
Starting a Group or Club: All community groups and clubs must be open to all residents of the community with an active membership. There are other stipulations as well, for example, where no one person or entity can benefit either financially or via marketing or gaining of potential clients. For a complete list of guidelines, please contact the Community Services Office at 623-386-1112.
Once you decide you want to start a group or club, contact the Community Services Office at 623-386-1112 to set up a quick meeting to discuss your idea. You will need to submit a completed application for group approval via email, or you can drop it off at the front desk of the Starpointe Residents Club.
Once the application has been approved, we’ll help to promote the new group through our various avenues of marketing.
